Accessibility statement

Our aim

We want everyone to be able to use this website without restrictions. Our benchmark is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at conformance level AA, i.e. the European standard EN 301 549.

Compliance status

In our assessment this website is largely compliant with WCAG 2.2 AA. This is based on a self-assessment during development; an audit by an external body is still pending.

What we have implemented

  • full keyboard operation with visible focus and a “skip to content” link
  • semantic structure with headings, landmarks and breadcrumb navigation
  • sufficient contrast in both the light and the dark colour scheme
  • zoom to 200 % without loss of information, layout also on small screens
  • forms with visible labels and understandable error messages
  • your system’s “reduce motion” setting is respected: animations then stand still
  • German and English, each with correct language markup

Known limitations

  • The animated graphics on the home page and the “Company” page are purely decorative and hidden from screen readers. All content is also available as text.
  • The styled mouse pointer only appears when using a mouse; with keyboard, touch or pen the system pointer is kept.
  • The terms and conditions are not yet available in their final version.

Enforcement procedure

If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can contact the market surveillance authority responsible for the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG): the Marktüberwachungsstelle der Länder für die Barrierefreiheit von Produkten und Dienstleistungen (MLBF) in Magdeburg.
