Knowledge management

How knowledge flows from the project to the platform and back at rheonda, and what a page can do.

Knowledge in a cycle

Knowledge is created in projects: as experience, as a solved problem, as a template that has proven itself. So that it does not end with the project, we record it on this platform, review it and make it searchable. From here it flows back into offers, training and the next project.

That is harder than it sounds. Much of what people know from experience is tacit: we know more than we can tell1. It has to be put into words and written down before others can use it2. Our cycle follows the building blocks of knowledge management: preserving, evaluating, sharing and using knowledge.3
